About the Site:

Working at a prestigious city law firm, you and the team you lead are one of the centrepieces of the business, ambassadors for Lexington and a key part of every persons day in busy and popular environment.

Duties:

Passion about hot beverages and great customer serviceEnsuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, HandS, duty of care to customers and colleagues and taking ownership of tasks.Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high-quality service.Controlling and managing stockmotivating a team.Ensure food is presented in an attractive manner throughout service.Ensure the best quality of hot drinks are provided and the offer continuously evolves

Working Pattern:
