We are looking for an experienced and motivated BMS Project Engineer to join our team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of building automation projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public sector environments. You will play a key role in delivering intelligent BMS solutions that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability. From design and configuration to commissioning and client handover, you will be a vital part of a team that helps buildings become smarter, greener, and more connected.

As a BMS Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, programming, and commissioning Building Management Systems for HVAC and automation projects.

• Overseeing projects from initial specification through to completion and final client acceptance.

• Attending site meetings, liaising with contractors, consultants, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.

• Developing and interpreting control panel schematics, point schedules, and technical documentation.

• Supporting system integration and troubleshooting during commissioning.

• Ensuring all work complies with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.

• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a BMS project engineering or commissioning role.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building controls.

• Proficient in BMS software configuration and graphical interface development.

• Electrical or controls engineering qualifications (HNC, HND, or equivalent).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
