Warehouse Operations Team LeaderType: PermanentSalary: Circa £33,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: West LondonWorking pattern: On-siteOur client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join a busy specialist equipment operation in West London.This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working on the warehouse floor while also taking responsibility for organising activity around them. You will help keep the operation running efficiently, support colleagues and make sure daily priorities are completed to a consistently high standard.The roleWorking as part of an established warehouse team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day flow of equipment and orders through the operation.You will remain actively involved in warehouse duties, while also helping organise workloads and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.Typical responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily warehouse priorities and allocating work across the teamSupporting the receipt, checking, preparation and dispatch of equipmentMaking sure returned items are processed correctly and made ready for future useMaintaining accurate stock and system informationHelping ensure equipment is stored correctly and available when requiredIdentifying damaged, incomplete or unsuitable items and making sure they are dealt with appropriatelySupporting stock control and helping highlight shortages or operational requirementsProviding guidance and practical ..... full job details .....
