Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers in and around Watton.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job
• Undertake all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal
• Use in-cab technology and mobile devices as directed
• Complete relevant paperwork in real time
• Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after use
• Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.
• Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public and other motor users
• Willingness to help refuse loaders while on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreement

What you''ll need to succeed

• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
• Driver CPC
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

The hours for the role are Monday - Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm.

The hourly rate for this position is starting from -15.52.

Potential for Temp - Perm for the right candidate.
