Three9s Talent is working with a respected commercial fit-out contractor in London to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will take full delivery ownership of fast-paced commercial interiors projects from pre-start to handover.

This opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on accountability, brings structured calm to project delivery, and leads teams with confidence and precision.

What Senior PM will Do

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring every phase is delivered to a high standard - with control, clarity, and consistency.

You’ll lead projects from pre-start through to handover, develop structured programmes and schedules, and take full control of site delivery. You’ll coordinate subcontractors and consultants, maintain high quality standards, ensure compliance (RAMS, H&S), report progress accurately, and complete full close-out including snagging and O&Ms.

What Success Looks Like

You’re already delivering commercial fit-out or interiors projects with structure and control. You understand site dynamics, lead proactively, and communicate with clarity.

Senior Project Manager Brings:

• 5-10+ years’ experience in commercial fit-out, interiors, or shopfitting
• A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Deep understanding of sequencing, operations, and subcontractor management
• Clear, confident communication with site teams and stakeholders
• A structured, proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Calm, accountable decision-making under pressure
• A full UK driving licence

• Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
