As a Site Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial and dynamic role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can address a wide range of maintenance needs.Location: WitneyPay rate: 40,000 per year Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (1 year contract)ResponsibilitiesGeneral Site Maintenance: You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of hands-on maintenance tasks throughout the site. This includes but is not limited to:Performing minor repairs on building structures, including walls, doors, and windows.Conducting routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.Installing and mounting various fixtures and equipment, such as televisions.Responding promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Maintenance Logging and Documentation: You will utilise our computerised maintenance management system to document all maintenance activities.
