You will report to the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager. As part of this role, you will have overall responsibility for the development of your team in the home counties, aiming to achieve and exceed an annual income target, delivering exceptional supporter stewardship and acquisition of new business, and driving a high-performance culture. This role will offer you the opportunity to manage a team of three Regional Fundraisers, maximising their skills and capacity to exceed targets, while managing your own portfolio of donors, making this a brilliant hybrid role of leadership and hands-on fundraising.
