Description:Position: Service Manager - Mental HealthLocation: Chester, UKEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: 40,000 per annum + car allowanceWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our Mental Health supported living services in Chester and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a level 4 qualification in care or above and a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mental Health supported living servicesDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to service usersMonitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and requirementsLead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as neededConduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessaryBuild and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholdersManage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the servicesCollaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care and support is provided to service usersRequirements:Level 4 qualification in care or aboveMinimum of 3 years of management experience in a mental health care settingStrong knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and their impact on individualsExcellent leadership and communication ..... full job details .....
