You will coordinate maintenance tasks, support continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team of engineers to deliver operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate engineering activities during shifts.Ensure maintenance schedules are followed, with all work documented correctly.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with processing and packaging machinery.Lead planned and reactive maintenance to maximise plant efficiency.Uphold Health and Safety, GMP, and hygiene standards across operations.Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.Communicate effectively with Shift Managers and other key stakeholders.What We''re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you''ll need:A mechanical or electrical qualification (City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of processing and ..... full job details .....
