Assistant Site Manager Warwickshire 52,000 + package A leading national housebuilder is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join an established site team on a residential development in the Warwickshire area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a background in traditional build housing to join a well-regarded developer offering long-term stability and progression. You will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating trades and subcontractors Monitoring build progress against programme Maintaining high standards of quality and finish Carrying out inspections, snagging and quality checks Supporting Health and Safety across site Assisting with plot delivery through to completion and handover Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working for a residential developer or housebuilder on traditional build schemes. Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be advantageous.
