Our client is an award winning two rosette establishment with a fantastic reputation, situated a stones throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Gower.Contract: Permanent Rate Of Pay: 41000 per yearHours of Work: 45-52 hours a week 5 out of 7 daysStart Date: ImmediateAccommodation: Available for 3 months if relocatingThe RoleOur client is renowned for delivering exceptional, locally sourced food to the highest of standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a sous chef you will play a vital role in the day to day running of the kitchen, supporting the head chef in managing all kitchen operations in a smooth and timely manner. Working closely with the head chef you will need to lead by example, ensuring the highest levels of consistency, while supporting and mentoring the team.
