As a Support Worker, you will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to support and enable people to live as independently as possible. You will also work with our employment team to facilitate employment opportunities and assist people in enjoying an active social life and Jewish observance.You will need to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays, according to people''s needs.Key Responsibilities
