Your responsibilities...Carry out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.Monitor and operate all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operationTo assist with ensuring that the hotel is compliant with all relevant, fire, health and safety regulationsTo undertake emergency repairs to premises, plant and equipmentInstalls and tests necessary IT software, hardware and network connectivityReporting to the Maintenance Manager you can expect your working days to cover the following:Preventive and reactive maintenanceHealth and SafetyPainting, Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical works

What we are looking for:Well presented with a good command of the English language and is a good communicatorShow flexibility and have a logical and practical approach to problem solvingBe able to communicate well with guests and team members, being a team player and have a desire to deliver great customer serviceHave a positive "can do" attitude, be willing to learn and demonstrate that you care about the that work you do and complete a quality result
