You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the World Fellowship, the network of high value donors who are passionate and generous about enabling young people to discover their infinite potential. The role combines a healthy mix of strategic development, senior relationship management, and international fundraising at the five and six figure gift level. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of strategic philanthropy experience, who thrives on building powerful, trust-based relationships with HNWI supporters and senior stakeholders. You will have experience of securing gifts at the five and six figure level and will inspire others through a coaching, empowering style of fundraising leadership.
