Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 07:00am – 3:00pm, Friday 07:00am – 12:00pm
39 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a busy manufacturing business in Coventry, CV7. This is a permanent opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing sheet metal team within a well-established company.

The Role

• Reworking parts
• Hammer forming
• Removing creases and wrinkles
• Drilling and tapping
• Working confidently with aluminium and stainless steel
• Reading, interpreting, and understanding engineering drawings and specification documentation
• Carrying out assembly work and visual quality inspections
• Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring work is completed to required quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• Previous sheet metal experience
• Experience working with aluminium and stainless steel
• Experience within the automotive industry is preferred
• Competent using hand tools
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
