Job Opportunity: Site Manager (School Project) - Sheffield

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a central heating system replacement project on a school site in Sheffield.

Location:

Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Start Date:

11th August 2025

Project Details:

• Central heating system replacement

   

• Must be able to move onto night shifts as the project progresses.

   

• Initial 3 weeks will involve day shifts, followed by 5 weeks of night shifts.

   

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shifts (first 3 weeks):

  7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

   

• Night Shifts (following 5 weeks):

  Start at 5:00 PM - 10-hour shifts

   

Requirements:

• CSCS Card

   

• SMSTS

   

• First Aid

   

• DBS Check:
  • Basic DBS is acceptable for the first 3 weeks

     

  • Enhanced DBS must be in place for continued work thereafter

     

   

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations, health and safety, and subcontractor coordination

   

• Ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met

   

• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and the wider team

   

• Maintaining accurate site records and reports
