The Senior Manager, Transaction Execution - Lending Alliances is responsible for executing and operationalising complex lending alliance transactions between the National Housing Bank and external lending partners. Working closely with Transaction Managers, Portfolio Managers and professional advisers, the role leads the documentation, legal and due diligence aspects of transactions, ensuring delivery in line with agreed approvals, policies and risk standards.
