We’re recruiting a Japanese speaking Account Executive in Hospitality/Tourism industry.Prepare action plans and identify specific targetsPresent and sell our services to current and potential clientsCreate travel plans in accordance with client’s requirementResearch the best option for the hotels, where to visit and what/where to eat etcTake quotations for flights, entertainment and events, accommodation, meeting rooms, transfer etcPrepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contractsFollow up potential clients to receive the orderNegotiation with suppliers to meet the clients’ needs for the tourFollow up for the collection of payment/making invoicesTour Escort (ie 1 week travel with a group in Japan) if neededSales calls/visits to obtain new clientsPrepare presentations using Power Point, Excel or WordExcellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Japanese (native/business level)Experience in the hospitality industry (ideally travel industry), especially in Sales and Operation for a few years at leastKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesAbility to develop new businessSalary – NegotiableLocation – London (can do a hybrid work with WFH)Central London (City Area) | up to £48K/year
