Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school in Uxbridge, West London.

This welcoming SEN school supports children with Autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural needs and is looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to start in September 2025.

Role Details:
- Position: Behaviour Support Worker
- Setting: SEN School
- Location: Uxbridge, West London
- Start Date: September 2025
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
- Pay: GBP106 per day
- Contract Type: Long-term

About the School:
- Specialist setting for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs

Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, preferably in an educational or care setting
- Calm, confident, and proactive attitude to managing challenging behaviours
- Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce) on the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
- Two references covering the last 2 years
