You’ll work closely with your Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI for our customers.StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the UK for this position.What you''ll be doing:

Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals.Collaborate with your Account Executives in leading the RFP process, proposals, and presentations to Enterprise brands and agencies.Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers.Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals, and offering strategic solutions and optimizations to meet KPIs.Develop deep client mapping and account planning expertise.Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.Identify upselling opportunities and enhance services through the development of tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency.Regularly analyze campaign performance to optimize campaigns and suggest new opportunities.Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.What you''ll bring to the table:

6+ years of experience in Real-Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).Experience managing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executing through a DSP as a self-serve user.Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.Focus on account retention and revenue growth.Skilled in upselling to unlock new revenue streams.Experience with the RFP process, including proposal development, cross-functional collaboration, and client presentations.Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.Experience working with complex databases is a plus.Agency experience is a plus.StackAdapters enjoy:
