A leading international business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team, providing high-level legal support across project management and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a dual-qualified lawyer with expertise in both common and civil law.Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on contracts, commercial agreements, project management, and customer service operations.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.Support cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and ensure compliance with UK and international regulations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive legal guidance on business initiatives.Assist in resolving disputes, liaising with external counsel as necessary.Requirements

Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification in the UK.Ideally dual-qualified with knowledge of both common law and civil law systems.Significant experience providing legal support in project management or customer service-focused environments.Strong commercial awareness with excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.What’s on Offer
