The role needed to cover, is a nurturing role, someone who can develop relationships with the pupils before the teaching begins. The Role: Inspire and support KS1 and KS2 children with SEMH needs, within a primary model. Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment. Tailor teaching to meet individual pupil needs.
