Your day to day will look like:Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeRequirements

HNC / HND in Surveying or equivalentProven experience as the SQS with a Regional / National contractorA good understanding of building regulations and legal obligationsA good knowledge of construction methods and materialsStrong mathematical and IT abilityNegotiating and networking skillsExcellent communications skillsGood team working skillsContact
