We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the Management Accountant roleSalary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annumLocation: Milton KeynesType of Contract: PermanentHours: 40 hours, Monday Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmBenefits: Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Cycle to work scheme, Optical Eye care reimbursement.Responsibilities of the Management Accountant Month-end reporting.Cashflow forecasting.Monitoring and reporting of inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable.Ensuring fixed assets are managed and reported correctly. Check and submit VAT and other HMRC reports.Manage credit card expenses.Prepare annual external audits. Assist the Finance Manager. Requirements for a successful Management Accountant AAT Level 4 qualified. Previous financial control and management accountant experience.Experience with fixed asset management and working capital management. Broad financial skills.Excellent organisational skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong IT skills with advanced Excel and experience with BI systems such as COGNOS or Qlikview.
