About the role As our Planning Accountant, you will prepare the annual update of the Company s business plan, reviewing assumptions and liaising with key budget holders and finance to ensure adequacy of information and adherence to approved budget for year 1. You''ll prepare the sensitivity analysis and combined stress testing including consideration of the key risks and potential risks to the business along with preparing the draft business plan narrative and analysis reports. Liaising with the Development team and partners, you ll review their appraisal of proposed new build schemes, provide sensitivity analysis of schemes with for sale properties and produce post-implementation reports.
