This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the strategic and operational management of estates and maintenance services. Headline ResponsibilitiesThe Interim Head of Estates will be responsible for: Day to day management of the Estates Operations team Lead improvements in estates delivery including standardising KPI''s and statutory built-environment compliance Review contractor performance against contractual requirements and SFG20 Lead the procurement and mobilisation of new estates contracts; managing tendering, evaluation, contract award and mobilisation processes About YouWe are looking for an experienced interim estates or facilities with a strong track record of managing technical operations, maintenance services and teams within a complex multi-site environment. You will ideally bring: Proven experience of leading and developing technical estates, facilities or maintenance teams. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and building maintenance requirements.
