We re recruiting for a London Sales Manager to take full ownership of the capital s On Trade channel. This is a high-impact leadership role where you ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, leading a high-performing team, and shaping the London strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. Responsibilities include: Manage and develop key On Trade accounts across London, ensuring best-in-class brand execution and performanceDevelop and implement a London-focused On Trade strategy in collaboration with the Sales DirectorLead and develop a team of direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative cultureOwn and manage budgets, delivering against volume, value, and margin targetsStrengthen brand positioning across luxury and high-profile venues through strategic account planningCollaborate with Trade Marketing and Events teams to deliver impactful activations and annual plansEnsure optimal listings, pricing, and premium visibility across key customer menus and venuesProvide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to ..... full job details .....
