Site Manager - High-Rise Residential Refurbishment (Internals) - Freelance -ManchesterPSR is pleased to be working in partnership with a leading contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a high-rise residential refurbishment project in the Manchester area on a freelance basis, with a focus on internal works.The successful candidate will have a strong background working for a main contractor and proven experience delivering internal refurbishment packages within high-rise residential schemes, ideally in live or partially occupied environments.Key Responsibilities and RequirementsPrevious experience working for a Tier 1 or established main contractorManage day-to-day site operations focused on internal refurbishment worksOversee internal packages including strip-out, drylining, partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, and associated MandE worksCoordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure efficient internal workflowsManage works in live or partially occupied residential environments where requiredMaintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and housekeepingEnsure internal works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specificationsMonitor quality control and snagging of internal worksLiaise with client representatives, design teams, and residents as requiredWillingness to support site requirements, including occasional weekend workStrong attention to detail and quality controlExcellent communication and organisational ..... full job details .....
