They are looking for a HR and HSE Manager to oversee all HR procedures and take ownership of the applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE). Duties and responsibilities of the HR and HSE Manager include (but are not limited to)Human Resources:Proactively manage apprentice/future talent development program including regular off-site visits to training providers and holding progress meetings with the apprentices and relevant line managers.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with engineering project needs, operational goals, and growth objectives.Coordinate technical and soft skill training programs, certifications, and CPD (continuing professional development).Manage end-to-end recruitment including full onboarding process for new starters.Advisory role in employee relations and dispute resolution (in conjunction with external HR provider).
