Site Manager

on behalf of a respected structural steel contractor. This is a hands-on site-based role, responsible for managing the full delivery of structural steel packages on live construction projects.Candidates

must have a Black CSCS Card

– this is non-negotiable.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation to completion.Manage the installation of structural steelwork in line with project plans and specifications.Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Monitor progress and report regularly to the project team.Conduct and attend regular site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Enforce Health and Safety compliance and company procedures on-site.Resolve site-based issues and escalate as required.Liaise with the project manager, commercial team, and design team as needed.Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, site diaries, and reports.Requirements:Proven experience as a

Site Manager

in the

structural steelwork
