Responsibilities

Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in building a team through effective leadership and setting the right exampleWork with the Food and Beverage Manager to take responsibility for training and development of employees, departmental induction, monthly department meetings, planning, assigning and delegating workBe highly courteous and give our guests memorable service and a lasting impressionProvide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilitiesEnsure that the daily task list is completed effectivelyWork collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiencesTake initiative in accommodating our guest''s needs in a resourceful mannerAssist the Food and Beverage Manager to train and coach in a systematic and professional way to consistently achieve service standards and product deliveryDeal with guest complaints by following the correct proceduresPositively promote sales awareness within the department and maximize sales opportunitiesQualifications

Excellent guest engagement skillsPrevious Hospitality experienceAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service skillsPrevious experience handling customer requests and complaintsWell organised, outgoing and service mindedThe ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectationsA good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageousBenefits
