The school is looking for a strong role model who can build positive relationships, manage challenging behaviour, and help pupils re-engage with education.The role would suit someone with experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, residential support, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings.The Role:Supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, challenging behaviour, and emotional regulation needsWorking 1:1 and in small groups to improve confidence, engagement, and behaviourHelping students stay focused and involved in lessonsSupporting behaviour management using calm and consistent strategiesBuilding strong relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesSupporting pupils during transitions, break times, and structured activitiesWorking alongside teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionalsThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience supporting young people with behaviour or SEMH needsBe confident, calm, and resilient in challenging situationsHave strong communication and relationship-building skillsBe able to act as a positive role modelHave a genuine passion for helping ..... full job details .....
