We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our client''s Operations team in their Oxford Office.This is an onsite role and varied in nature. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administration, client onboarding, facilities coordination, and front-of-house client experience.You will be the first point of contact for many clients, visitors, and colleagues, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting business operations across multiple offices.This role also offers genuine career progression opportunities. As the business continues to grow, there will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop into a Regional Leader/ Supervisor, taking on additional responsibility for supporting and coordinating administrative operations across multiple offices. Key Responsibilities include:Provide administrative support to Managers and Directors across the businessAssist with monthly finance processesMaintain accurate electronic and paper filing systemsCoordinate scanning, archiving, and document storage proceduresManage travel and courier arrangementsBook meeting rooms for staff and client useSupport the onboarding of new clients including the preparation of lettersCompleting compliance checksSupport property maintenance activities across office locationsCoordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and supplier visitsAssist with health and safety mattersHelp organise internal and ..... full job details .....
