An award-winning automotive group is looking for an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead its Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car Aftersales operation in Heathrow and play a key role in its continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role covering Service and Parts, where you''ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, productivity and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You''ll lead, coach and develop your team, including apprentices, creating a high-performance culture where people are motivated to achieve their best. You''ll take ownership of departmental KPIs, cost management, compliance, quality standards and customer satisfaction, while working closely with teams across the wider business to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
