As the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the engineering and maintenance teams while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, health and safety and laws.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the site. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams across the site, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safetyEnsure ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO50001 standards are metChampion health and safety across all levels of engineering and site operationsSupport the development of multi-million CAPEX budgets and project plansDrive continuous improvement and asset reliability strategies across all engineering activitiesSupport Performance Development by coaching and developing employees.
