Teaching Assistant needed for SEMH School

Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEND School (Aylesbury and West Wycombe) 90 - 110 per day (DOE) Full-timeAspire People are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school with sites in West Wycombe and Aylesbury. This school provides a safe and nurturing environment for students aged 11 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.The Role: Support students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning Provide a safe and caring space for students to express emotions and develop confidence Assist in delivering tailored interventions and structured learning activities Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual student needs Help promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategiesAbout You: Minimum of two years'' experience in an SEND environment or similar provision Passionate about supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs Resilient, patient, and committed to making a positive impact Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to adapt to different learning environments across both school sitesWhy Join Us?
