As an F-Gas & Refrigeration Trainer Assessor, you''ll deliver training and assessment across F-Gas and Refrigeration courses, supporting candidates through both practical and theory-based learning. You''ll carry out assessments and examinations, maintain accurate paperwork, support learner progress, and play a key role in developing and growing the department.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial RAC, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning experience, alongside current F-Gas qualifications and at least 5 years'' industry experience. Teaching or assessing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and qualifications can be funded and supported for the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Refrigeration or HVAC professional to transition into training, gain recognised teaching and assessing qualifications, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of engineers.

The role:

*Deliver F-Gas and Refrigeration training and assessment.
*Support candidates through practical and theory-based courses.
*Carry out assessments, examinations, and learner support.
*Maintain accurate paperwork and course documentation.
*Help grow and develop the F-Gas / Refrigeration department.
*Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
*Full-time permanent position based in Northolt.
*Occasional cover at the Luton site when required.
*Full trainer, assessor, and IQA qualification support provided.
*Salary increases available for additional course delivery scopes.

The person:

*HVAC, RAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning background.
*Current F-Gas qualifications required.
*Commercial RAC experience essential.
*At least 5 years'' industry experience.
*Strong technical knowledge.
*Heat Pumps experience beneficial but not essential.
*Teaching or assessing experience desirable but not essential.
*Professional, approachable, and confident engaging learners.
*Motivated to move into training long term.
*Able to commute daily to Northolt.
*Flexible to provide occasional cover at Luton when required.
