Your new roleWe''re looking for a Design and Production Engineer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and manufacturing discipline. You''ll be hands-on across the full life cycle: designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions into production using robust Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Provide support for validation and verification activities, working with test engineer.Develop assembly aids, jigs and fixtures, working with quality and operations teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise product design, development and production processes.What you''ll need to succeedIdeally, with a degree in mechanical engineering (or similar), experience gained in product design and development, preferably from manufacturing.
