The RoleOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Conveyancer to join their residential property team. This role involves managing sales, purchases and remortgages from instruction through to completion, working closely with a dedicated property assistant.You will liaise directly with clients, solicitors and third parties, prepare contract packs, raise enquiries and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
