This is a key role supporting both internal operations and customer communications, ensuring timely delivery and smooth order progression.Key Responsibilities: Manage and expedite assigned customer orders from initial receipt through to final deliveryCommunicate regularly with customers regarding order status and delivery updatesAccurately enter all customer sales onto the sales management sheetMaintain detailed and up-to-date records in preparation for weekly sales reviewsEnsure all production requirements are accurately recorded on the production run list and capacity planning schedulesAttend production meetings and reviews as neededMonitor and manage on-time delivery performance for assigned accounts Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a production engineering role, ideally within a precision or CNC machining environmentStrong communication skills and experience in a customer-facing roleComfortable working closely with engineers and production teams on the shop floorHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Due to high levels of interest, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
