Talentful has built a global team across Europe and the US, united by the mission of helping every partner grow to its highest potential.What will you do around here?Find and attract the world’s best talent to our clientsUtilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategiesWork with one client at a time to become deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionallyPartner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them understand the value of good talent practiceWe’d love to chat with you if you have:

4+ years of recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environmentIdeally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experienceStrong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientedFull professional fluency in written and spoken GermanWhat’s in it for you?
