Benefits include - good pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays My client would prefer someone who has motor industry sector experience but this is not essential The role - Service Advisor You will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and will need to have excellent levels of customer service and communication skills. Duties will include Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face. You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering fantastic levels of Customer Service.
