Remedy are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This role will involve outreach working, on a 1:1 basis with children with various special needs, communication, speech and language difficulties. Responsibilities: to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs to deliver therapy sessions to improve communication skills to provide advice and support to families, carers, and other professionals to contribute to the development of service improvements to maintain accurate records of children''s progress Requirements: Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Degree in SLT, HCPC registration).
