Demolition Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesPlanning and managing demolition projects from concept to completion, ensuring key milestones are agreed and metTaking full ownership for project scheduling, forecasting, finances and budgets Managing project operatives and subcontractors, making sure project requirements, standards and safety regulations are met and adhered to. Working and communicating with key project stakeholders (internal and external)Identifying and mitigating any and all potential risks Preparing and submitting project progress reports Managing all technical project documentationDemolition Project Manager Skills/Experience5 years'' experience in the demolition sector working as a Project Manager Excellent project management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, stakeholder management and workload prioritisation Proficient using project management tools CSCS Demolition Manager card holder with a good knowledge of BS6187 and BS5975Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong IT skillsFull and clean driving licence (travel may be required for this role) Please note that full and ..... full job details .....
