The position has a varied role covering Wills, Probates, LPAs, Estate Accounts. As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide secretarial support to a Private Client Solicitor. The Role You will provide full secretarial support to a Solicitor Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence related to private client matersDiary management Meeting with clients to witness execution of client''s wills/documentsWills- Typing and managing documentation Probates - assisting with correspondence , documentationLPAs- preparing forms, liaising with clients, and maintain recordsFront office reception duties meeting and greeting clients , booking appointments managing incoming / outgoing postTyping letters, forms, LPAs, and court of protection applications Maintaining and updating client records and databases Managing diaries, arranging appointments Skills and Experience Previous Private Client Secretary experience essential Accurate typing skills including digital audio systemsStrong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook Confident and professional in dealing with clients Strong attention to detailPleasant working environment Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm Apply Now.
