KEY DUTIES Assist with monitoring client systems for security alerts and suspicious activity. Support the deployment and maintenance of security software, including antivirus and endpoint protection tools. Help perform routine cyber security checks and ensure systems remain up to date with the latest patches. Assist with user account administration, including password resets and multi-factor authentication setup. Record and document security incidents, support requests, and resolutions within the service desk system.
