This role is suited to experienced engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident working across both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the condition of production machinery across the line. Respond to breakdowns and carry out root cause analysis. Support production teams through coaching and capability development. Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement TPM and lean manufacturing tools. Use data systems effectively to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Candidate Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Experience with automation and PLC control systems (desirable). Proven background in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing. Strong understanding of TPM, lean tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
