With full training provided, this is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills and build a long-term career within textile manufacturing.The RoleOperating Weaving Looms You will run and monitor weaving looms, learning how each machine operates and ensuring smooth, efficient performance throughout your shift.Maintaining Quality and Output You will be responsible for meeting productivity targets while ensuring all materials are produced to the required quality standards.Quality Checking and Reporting You will carry out regular quality inspections, complete production records accurately, and report any faults or concerns to your supervisor without delay.Maintaining a Safe and Organised Workspace Health and safety is a priority.
