New Homes Sales Executive

New Homes Sales Executive needed in Manchester - Paying £17.36 per hr, ref 000A 2239 /1
Full-time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets through effective lead conversion and customer engagement.
Manage sales leads efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and timely reservations.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., solicitors, mortgage advisors) to support the sales process.
Be an expert on developments, specifications, and plans to accurately inform and guide buyers.
Ensure compliance with Homes England, GLA, and regulatory standards for eligibility and audits.
Explain key aspects of home ownership including leasehold/freehold terms, service charges, and legal processes.
Maintain site presentation and manage stock units to a high standard.
Lead viewings, attend launches and home shows, and report KPIs with 100% data accuracy.
