Working within a busy and thriving dealership, you will be joining a forward-thinking and well-established family-run business. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm , along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am to 12pm . You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to 30,000 , alongside a rewarding bonus structure, with further negotiation available depending on experience. Job Duties Include: Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service at all times. Book in vehicle service, maintenance and repair appointments efficiently. Accurately prepare job cards and workshop instructions for the technicians. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, providing clear communication on vehicle progress and costs. Liaise closely with the Workshop Controller and Vehicle Technicians to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales. Prepare accurate service estimates and explain repair recommendations to customers. Upsell additional products, services and manufacturer-recommended repairs where appropriate.
